Dear Mr. Barkeeper,

as far as you should know the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) is organising the World Championships in Football for National Teams, shortly WC .

To ensure to reemburse the very high costs arising out of organisation and the high payments given to our officials, we have already claimed the combination of "W" and "C" as registered and copyright protected marks at german national patent-office and european patent-office for exclusive use to Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) and their official sponsors.

Unfortunately we had to learn that you use that protected combination of letters for commercial purposes as well, although you are neither owner of this trade mark nor you are authorised by the owner or his executive officers.

As you further might know we pay a lot of people monitoring commercial premises for possible breech of law. Though we do have information of an absolutely trustee source, that you unlawful use "WC" in your restaurant area at the doors leading to your toilets.

We request you to ommitt any further use of "WC" inside your bar. If you have not proofed ommission of use until 10.05.2006 we will consult our lawyers without any hesitation.
